DIBAR GRILL

We are the only place in Georgia baking authentic and fresh Sangak Bread daily, so it certainly is another reason for you to try Persian flavors at DiBAR Grill. We have also had a lot of people asking what is Sangak bread. Its name consists of two parts, Sang in Persian means Stone or Pebble and Sangak means little stone. The bread is baked on a small bed of river stones in an oven. Sangak bread was traditionally the bread of the Persian Royal family and the earliest mention of this bread dates back to the 19th century! Sangak Bread is eaten along with Lamb Kabab.
